For over 15 years he has crafted fishing and hunting articles for OOD along with several contributions to American magazines. An elementary teacher by profession, Luigi brings a relaxed and humours teaching style to his seminars and articles. When not gawking at lures, he can be found setting goose or turkey decoys, or in a tree stand.

Peterborough angler Chris Johnston won the four-day FLW Tour on the Harris Chain of Lakes event in Leesburg, Florida with 79 pounds, 6 ounces while fellow Ontario resident and OOD contributor Jeff Gustafson finished second with 77 pounds.
