Province funds wetland restoration
Ontario is investing $6.7 million to aid approximately 150 projects across the province, restoring more than 750 acres of wetlands.
Wetlands added to Greenbelt
The province plans to add 46.5 hectares (115 acres) of wetlands connected to Bowmanville, Soper, and Wilmot creeks to the Greenbelt.
