Mandatory reporting penalties changing
The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) is proposing changes to the penalties for failing to submit a mandatory hunting report.
Report deer, wolf, and coyote
All hunters who purchased or were issued a tag must complete a hunter report by Jan. 14, 2023, the MNRF reminds.
New hunting regs released
The 2022 Hunting Regulations Summary is now online as a downloadable .PDF document; print copies to be distributed the week of April 4.
Fines issued for failing to report
Hunters who do not comply with mandatory hunter reporting requirements will face a $25 surcharge even if they did not hunt or harvest.
