Steve Galea gets in the jam

I’m calling this space Blogjam because I expect it to be like the logjams I frequently encounter while fishing, hunting or paddling.

These are among my favourite places because they frequently hold fish below and a duck or two huddled behind just waiting to take flight. They slow me down, cause me to navigate carefully, and scope beyond the things in plain sight.

The outdoors is filled with places like this, along with quirky characters and situations that you wouldn’t believe unless you were there. I’m hoping this blog can bring a bit of that to you.
