Q: I have a Quebec hunting licence (including small game). If I buy a federal migratory bird permit, do I still need an Ontario Outdoors card and small game licence to go hunting waterfowl in Ontario?
Jasmin Gallant

A: Yes, you would need to have an Ontario outdoors card and a valid Ontario small game hunting licence. You can use your Quebec hunting accreditation to buy a non-resident small game licence and outdoors card online (in advance) or in person at a licence issuer.
