It was opening day and Alastair Porter’s first deer hunt. To his surprise, 15 minutes into his sit, a doe crossed a small creek and walked in front of him. Just as he was lining up his shot, this 8-point buck came walking out. He says his father-in-law Vytas is to thank for his guidance and experience.
