Just out of curiosity I was wondering if you received my entry to the trail cam contest. It was an owl catching a squirrel mid frame and in broad daylight. It seems odd that it didn’t at least make the top 25. I’m not a sore sport but anyone that has seen the picture thinks it is worthy.
Hello John, yes we did receive your trail cam photo and we thank-you for submitting! Although your photo did make the longlist, due in part to the dark quality of the photo and the camouflage effect going on with the owl surrounded by foliage, it did not make the final voting stage. There were many great submissions and it was no easy feat narrowing down the 280+ submissions we received last year. However, we thank you for your submission and encourage you to submit again for 2020.
