Average home price is now 607k
We are importing record numbers of third world immigrants
Trudeau has stated he has a goal of 100 million population in Canada by 2050
Debt levels are astronomically high
The guy who is scraping by as well as his wife to life in a normal level house, with a car financed, now needs to be taxed more to feed a drug habit when trudeau is dishing out billions to every third world nation, killing natural resources, and adding taxes on taxes to the middle class?

And even if it is simply about becoming more powerful ... that is a pretty stupid game ... because in the end, it can only be 1 person that controls everything as the goal .... so that means everyone but 1 person in the top 1% must lose. Maybe that is the game ... they are just stirring up some excitement to see who wins that race to ultimate supremacy over EVERYONE else in the world ...
Anyhow, I just don't see what the purpose is when the goal is just to become more rich.
The goal is total control of all human life.

Wrong, proven over and over again. Right wing think tank Fraser Institute put the figure of 9 billion dollars a year, on the amount of tax revenue Toronto gives out to the rest of the province. No small town could afford a snow plow and driver without Toronto's help. The tax base won't support it. That bus line in Lindsay with a couple of people on the bus, is paid for by the riders of the TTC that are jammed in like sardines.

What you propose is called wealth redistribution - and part of communist doctrine that everything is owned by the state and you get a percentage. Man your commie colors are showing hard now. You tell me, how much of my hard work and wealth are you entitled to???
No you are showing your true colours. It is every humans right to have food, shelter, hope and potential. Especially when other human beings have much more than they ever could use or need. Where is your humanity? Matthew 16:26..... Maybe mosq could help you with that one.

By whom? One person? Total control means total control ... it means only one person has control ... you cannot share it with others. And even then, once you have total control ... then what? Does it actually improve anything for you that you say jump and everyone jumps ... who cares? Sounds boring to me. The element of surprise, the unknown, the risk, the danger ... and having a purpose that is in essence unattainable ... that is what is sustainable in terms of keeping you going.
Maybe one guy wants to run the world, and then he/she will make their objective to control other worlds ... maybe that's why Elon is planning to send a rocket to Mars! Who knows ... but this world dominance thing ... I just don't get it ... what does it ultimately achieve? Having control is not really an end goal, it's just a condition/situation ... a method ... to achieve the true objective. What is the true objective/end game?

.... Context, context.... like the prince of this world you like to quote out of context...
Matthew16 - 24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wants to come with Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.
25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of Me will find it.
26 What will it benefit a man if he gains the whole world yet loses his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?
You aren't following him and obviously have nothing to pay for your life.... Psalm 14:1
How about in regards to the ones that think paying people to not work ...
2 Thessalonians 3:10In fact, when we were with you, this is what we commanded you: “If anyone isn’t willing to work, he should not eat.”
The poor and needy, they are to be helped, the widows and orphans yes ... the lazy, those capable of working that won't ... nope!

The elites, they will run the world and enjoy the wealth, look at Hugo Chavez... when he died his net wealth was over $1,000,000,000. Probably the ones that will happily work with and make possible Revelations 13:15-17

The more you give, the more the freeloaders take and the more they demand. We have many capable people in this country who would rather freeload off the system instead of getting off their lazy and working for a living.
People who work hard for years, decades to have success should not be handing over to freeloaders imo

I believe you are one again incorrect. The TTC does not fund bus lines in Lindsey, not even close. If it was not for the Provincial and Federal subsidies the TTC receive they would close their doors - please see page 20/60 in the attached TTC Annual Report. The TTC ridership cannot even pay 1/2 the total operating cost of the TTC. In fact it is the people of Ontario and the good taxpayers of Canada that are subsidizing the TTC riders.
Wow.......and you had a financial background? Who did you work for.......Nortel?
https://www.ttc.ca/Coupler/Annual_Re...l%20Report.pdf
TTC total operating revenue is only $1.264B
The TTC accepts $2.143 in government subsidies (Provincial and Federal)
The TTC total expenses is $2.921B

Mosq you don’t want to get into a bible quoting contest, I could give you many many more, but unless it fits your agenda, the comeback will always be that it was taken out of context. No shellfish, no tats nothing about gays?
