    Chocolate-covered almonds and poutine are my once-in-awhile treats, though never together.

    Poutine only once in a while, I use to eat it 3 times a week.
    It has to be heathy it has dairy, meat by product and vegetables. What more do you need.

    Potatoes do not count in the recommended daily vegetable consumption
    They fall smack dab in carbohydrate category

    Chocolate - any kind. Ice cream, cake, Kit Kat and Wunder Bars, and I LOVE brownies. All of the above are responsible for at least 20 extra pounds on my 5’8” frame.
