Why does Pierre continue to act like the leader of the PC's, but doesn't actually want the title??
I honestly don't get it.

He doesn't want the job and quite frankly putting him in that position would negate his service to the public and party. He does a better job as a pit bull pulling apart the Liberal cabinet members than taking on the 'administrative' duties as party leader.

It's all in the grand scheme of party politics. Pierre is quite clearly the statesman that O'Toole is not. It shows,he knows it and ,so,does everyone else. If the CPC loses this next election,O'Toole will be compelled to resign. Poilievre,Lewis and Sloan will be front and center, but, there will be a coronation of Poilievre without doubt. The proverbial political pendulum will have swung way too far to the far left. It may take one more solid Liberal majority, but, that pendulum will swing to the right, eventually. It always has,it always will.

Pierre is not a leader in the PC party.
He is a leader of We The People.
Pay close attention and you will see the difference.
This will play an important role in the near future.

Pierre has a young family, party leader's not in his cards at this time. Family first, his service service to Canadians is exceptional. His popularity is certainly building.

Well, then I actually hope for a fall election, so we can get past O'Toole, because I cannot fathom the thought of another 7 years with Turdeau.
