There are more Liberals on here than many people think. My private messages tell me so.

I don't think the benefits helped to many that would of made more working.
I will loose income this year how did that help me ? How did those benefits help ? It didn't I will make less this year than last year.
Others are in the same boat on here. It's not just me .
How did they benefit you? You might be up a few hundred bucks [emoji12]. As to your question I didn't benefit from it so you can't put me as a you in your comment. [emoji849]

Well as a pensioner I did not expect much from anybody but I am not complaining at all.Thing's I know are very tough out there for a lot of families but would be a whole lot tougher if the Federal Government had given them no assistance.I might be wrong but to date I believe ALL FEDERAL PARTIES agreed to these assistance measures.

The good people may win much of the time but not always. In the 1932 national parliamentary elections in Germany the Nazi party took more votes than any other party and as result went on to lead the coalition that formed the government in that country. We all know where that lead - definitely not good people.

In the end after much sacrifice the good prevailed even over Nazi Germany.

If you have noticed I'm not disagreeing to the money or complaining about money. Only time I complaining about that is when they give it all the big businesses that don't need it lol.
What I argue over is the lack of preparedness and yes it is from all government's being in a global pandemic we didn't prepare for a second wave .
If we did we would not be having more shutdown already. Shutdowns are not the only answer . They government knows this, they know the damage that it can cause. Example they talked about it last year with .
Event 201 they know shutting down could be worse ,but that is the only thing our government planned for like it or not.
Being more prepared than in the spring would of been a good idea though.
So now what?. We stop all non covid procedures again? Because we didn't prepare for a second wave ?
