^Lawnmower? I've used my weedwhacker - once - to make things look respectable! I sure can't recall it being this dry for this long. Hard to say what my lawn will look like next year between this drought and the dam grubs.
I noticed some maples in my neighbourhood and the leaf edges (more than 1 cm) are already quite brown.

Apparently the drought in the Niagara region was great for grape farmers. Best grape crop in many years- grape vines have very deep roots.

Since you all are aware of the heavy rainfall I think I can ask my doubt here itself. Today morning, I was about to go out for fishing. But I had difficulty in opening my front door. It was raining for few days, and I've heard that few wood varieties may expand due to weather changes. Also last month I installed a high security lock(http://www.dooronthego.ca/high-security-locks/). So I need to know what went wrong. Is it the door or the lock?? I thought of getting suggestions from you and then consulting with the repairing service.
