Did you know the term "FRENCH FRIES" is from when the English where cooking potatoes and made jokes ( offensive remarks) that they were boiling Frenchmen in oil.
Knock off the Liberal PC BS..
A joke ,is a joke , something to laugh at , but cancer is deadly and often times the patients suffer " horribly ", nothing to laugh about!
Re. " French Fries ";Despite its name, the French fry is not French. The origins of the French fry have been traced back to Belgium, where historians claim potatoes were being fried in the late-1600s.
There are many references to "French Fries " by going to google, and there is absolutely no reference to the origin you mention [most likely an old wives tale]

The bullet talk and the cancer talk is pretty low. Intelligent discussions/debate is what makes a good forum.

Cancer killed both my parents and many aunts and uncles. Took a good friend of mine and long time Beagler last year. Let's not wish that on anybody. I would like to see Wynne and her gang in jail though.

If the post was about anybody but Wynne, would the thread be closed?
