Well after a few phone calls and conversations with the idiots at Bell, it appears this plan is not available to everyone? Only certain areas are covered with service. The plan, if anyone wants to check, is called "Bell Wireless Internet 5 (BWI5) Deferral Service". Good luck!

Well, a good 20 minutes on hold this morning only to find out that this plan isn't available in my area either.
Closest options were 20GB for $49.95 or 40GB for $59.95.
