Apparently the wages for the asphalt raker may be a little distorted. My understanding from a source that works for the city, this was the result of a lump sum payment due to an employment issue, however as it was paid to a (former?) worker, it gets included on the sunshine list. Of course this is just second hand info, I can't say that it is 100% accurate.
