    IIRC,that case was more about horrendous investigative techniques,prosecutorial errors in judgement and tunnel vision along with apparently colluded testimony. Note the similarities here?

    Never , they likely had just cause for firing him due to workplace policy ,but maybe not enough to convict in a court of law, beyond reasonable doubt.

    I agree, he is finished as a celebrity personality but I wouldn't be surprised if he sues the complainants to try and recover income lost due to defamation of character.Especially if the crown charges the 3 women with perjury and collusion, I think he would have a slam dunk case.

    There's a strong possibity that his lawyer has advised against a lawsuit in civil court. Because the rules of evidence and burden of proof are different,he may find himself on the losing end and have costs awarded to the defendants. That would break the bank and their lawyers would make damn sure of it.
