There was a place near Yorkdale Plaza that had new needles for the Duals a few years back

Still a neat find. Our ampeg amplifier guy here is an old stereo buff and I can't believe how much he pays for some of his finds. He re did my old rca turntable and I just run it through a old fender bassman much to my neighbors delight
That rug really tied the room together

I've had a couple experts tell me its not worth my time to fix... But in far too nice of shape to junk. Lol
I have a DUAL -CS 5000 , love it , the quality of sound that comes from that machine is incredible especially if I play any my " "Master Cut " originals , [rare and hard to find], I only have a few of them. The sound is as if you were right there in the recording studio.

I have a Thorns TD-250, it goes well with my McIntosh system I'm an audiophile, so I look for perfection in music replication. The old masters suit me fine. The old turntable is definitely retro may e worth keeping just "because"
