On the trailer, oddly enough it's use came about due to an officer entry shooting when the bullet ran along the hallway wall paneling and struck the entry member hugging the wall. Seems counter intuitive at first blush but after taking a few wax bullets it's easy to remember to stay off the walls.

We learned the same thing. I also learned that when an armed subject is hiding behind a vehicle,to lay down shotgun ground fire on this side to take the legs out from under him on the other. Ricochet can be your best friend if you know how to use it right.
