Why go through the expense of buying a drone unless you are specifically using it to spot actual deer on your property? which could possibly lead to problems with the C.O.'S if reported by someone and consequently caught.

You can go to "google earth " and bring your property up on the screen and actually see the whole picture, you can also find out how far things are from one point to another in either meters or yards. You can find out what neighboring properties look like without annoying any one , all from the comfort of your home .

A friend of mine bought 800 acres [an old farm] in the Loring area , just by going to " google earth" it is easy to find and see landmarks or land features [gravel pits , wet areas , creeks etc. ] in relationship to where they actually are on his land.

My neighbor used "google earth " maps instead of a survey [ costly ] as requested by the Region of Hamilton , to get actual distances from the main road that they live on and corner side road , this was used to get a building permit. This was reluctantly accepted by them and readily by the conservation authority and the permit was obtained.

Well there in lies the prob. Earth is as clear as the pic takers can be bothered. And as soon as you try to go lower than 500M on my prop it's haze. Trying to see if there's a hole in a rock face through haze is a trick
