At what point is it a crime?
Clearly the Wynne government is out of control. My question is given these revelations in the AG's report, at what point does it become a crime? Not that the OPP or Crown prosecutors would ever act on it.

It's only a crime if you or I do it. Politicians get a pass because they get to write the rules and work the "deals".

All that would do is have Ontario taxpayers pay a bunch of lawyers, they would be paying both sides to fight the battle.
If we get a pile of money back then we will pay for it to balance everything out, it is called being caught between a rock and a hard place, you are screwed no matter what.
