Typical of the LIEBERALS....spend our money like it grows on trees but not on Canadians...they don't give a rat's as they all get paid well! All those IDIOTS that voted for them should be paying not us REAL CANADIANS who did not vote for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That actually doesn't look like a bad spending of money as compared to say the $2.65 B for climate change....

It isn't helping the 100,000 in Alberta (alot thanks to the NDP) .... but Liberals hate Alberta, it isn't helping the hundreds of thousands in Ontario thanks to Wynne... but it isn't a huge amount and should help a large number of people... so it looks OK...

Until you look at who is getting the money....

    On the board we find....

A communications, media and government relations specialist, he has served as Press Secretary to Prime Minister Trudeau and as an advisor and media coach to senior bureaucrats, ministers and politicians. LOL
    this is how it's done!
and on top of it JT gets some nice headlines how he helps underprivileged youth in the third world
media mafia, unions, JT the photo model - looking at their "achievements" so far, 2016 is going to become an expensive year for us tax payers.
but to be fair - JT never said it wouldn't
