    That's correct. As long as the pond is on his property and not connected to any watercourse flowing through,then,he may do with it as he pleases. I suspect this may be the case and he likely has permits. That would answer why Standups calls have been ignored.

    Not defending MNR but we finally had a visit in order to discuss issues. The CO arrived well "late" to the party, yet had all the current info except for some events immediately before he arrived.

    That may be the case but if it is a situation that can't wait any longer I'd do as others suggest.

    Could be he has permits. We have dug out many old farm ponds over the years .many of them are full of gold fish . Dutch

    Legal or not they still have an obligation to get back to the complainant in a decent amount of time with an update on whats going on.
