It is probably a good thing that this was mentioned, without it being mentioned this story ends up being about a crazy redneck with loaded guns all over the house.

As opposed to a guy who shoots a grizzly bear in his kitchen in the middle of the night? lol.

This was not stated in the article for anyone on here or any other shooting/hunter but rather the person that thinks every gun is an AK47.
