uh, need one of those over-payed union jobs. no accountability, takes the media to get public services pick up a dead raccoon. sounds like they take their mission serious: "Toronto Animal Services promotes the health and safety of people, pets and animals living together in Toronto communities through bylaw enforcement and mobile response."
best of all, the guy did 'only' his job - not allowed to pick up the garbage people put there, because they didn't pick it up within a reasonable time (given the location).
