Don't laugh - it is going that way but then the guy calling sounded like a wimp - if that was me I'd be waiting until they opened the door to the house and let loose a barrage of gun fire that would wake up the neighborhood - I often see these adds on TV for home security systems where a mother and her daughter are home along and are up stairs when some masked bandit breaks down their front door - they try to make it sound like you need their security system - I always think how come the woman doesn't have a gun and blast the bandit - if you have time to call 911 you have time to get your gun and be ready - for Freddy
The only problem I would have would be to chose what gun or guns I should use at the time - do I get my pistol grip 12 gauge pump loaded with No 2s - the 38 special in my night stand or the 380 semi auto in my closet - my AR15 is down in the basement so I wouldn't go down there to get it - tough decisions to make at a crucial time -

Joe, I like the way you think, but Jiu Jitsu does not run out of ammo and you never leave home without it! - and that's why its my first choice.

I'm more at ease with the little 380 in a confined space. Might want to dump a round somewhere in the wall or floor to get their attention and wake up my wife so she can call 911. No way I want to have to repair the damage from a 12 gauge indoors...
