    Why wouldn't this owner simply call the Police and have the crack heads booted? That sounds like a simpler solution than walking into the place in the dark and shooting people. The jury got this one wrong.

    While this may confirm you have that right in imminent danger situations this certainly wasn't the case here.

    This is something we will never know what happened or caused it.
    There are always 3 sides to a situation, his version, their version , and somewhere in the middle there is the truth, we weren't there so we don't know what actually happened.
    If there is any doubt then the judge must deliver a "not guilty verdict", as per the jury's decision.
