Yes and the liberals are doing such a great job of it right? Ya know except for the police investigations, coverups, and $ billion dollar scandals. Doubling the debt that kind of stuff........

And look at what we have.
~A govt that cant afford to provide for our children's education
~A govt that can't afford to adequately staff hospitals or buy much needed equipment (MRIs and the like)
~A govt that cant afford to pay for infrastructure.
~A govt that even after 7 years cant create jobs, do much of anything
~A govt that's wreaked havoc with the GEA and soaring Hydro
~A govt with criminal investigations
~A govt that's wasted tens, if not a 100 billion
More
And you call that having its "poop together"?
If anyone deserves to be mocked its the Liberals and their die hards. Say what ever will about the PC party and their dysfunction..It pales in comparison.

Has too much time on their hands
JBen - in my opinion you forgot collusion.
Many of their decisions seem to reek of it.

Didn't really want or feel the need to include that (and theres more...E-health, Orange, etc). I figured that list alone should suffice.

Doesn't matter to me who won, at election time the X always goes beside the Conservative candidate.....

I spoke with a man that has been very involved with the Ontario PC party for many years and has helped with many candidates campaigns and his take was that this may be a turning point for the party as the old guard where CE supporters and it's time for a fresh way of thinking
You got one shot at life where are your sights aimed today ?

I think Brown is a very sharp guy and won't be baited easily. I also know he is socially hard right and the Liberals are masters at fear mongering and have the support of the media to control the message and define Brown as the next Genghis Khan.

The analogy I would use is "Iron fist inside a velvet glove." Controlling the message is a federal Conservative masterpiece. Brown should have learned how to do it,by now. The leftist media is the enemy. It doesn't matter what press releases you give them, they'll turn around and "spin" it against you to facillitate a liberal, leftwing agenda. They may not outright lie (most of the time),but, deliberately misconstrue everything that doesn't fit their editorial policy. Remember, they're in business to sell newspaper advertising. Honesty and integrity are a non-starter.

Anyone who increases party membership like this guy did, and has the immigrant support on many levels that this guys does, with no real political baggage, is an interesting proposition. Maybe the party did something right for a change. Possibly a better chance to win an election than some one with a lot of baggage?? Time will tell.
