You Liberal guys might as well keep voting for the morons,FM. By 2018 the damage will be done..... irreversibly. Even if someone else gets elected, they will never have a hope in hell of repairing this ruined province. He**,once something is already burnt to the ground, there's no other choice but to start a rebuild process that will take decades and you can bet your left testicle the Liberals will complain about that, too. ROFL.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

G you can't keep trotting that tired "1 person 1 vote" non sense out, as thought the process and system is "fair" or balanced to begin with.
The fact all teachers.
Elementary
High School
Catholic schools (have voted and can go next week)
The fact this is really much ado about nothing (class room sizes and some few other small things). Like seriously, have any of them looked around...at reality these days? They aren't special...Everyone is doing more for less, working longer, not getting raises or whatever....Have they looked at all the new taxes reaming people??? The cost of Hydro and much more they have helped create in the first place by backing this inept and corrupt gov't?
Speaks volumes. Its a power play.
Maybe if the rest of us peons ( just plain old everyday stiffs) who work hard, get reamed so tohers don't have to.
Had millions, millions to spend on advertising and attack ads during elections so our voices had equal weighting. Had millions to spend on spin doctoring so "our voices" could be heard...
Had thousands of mercenaries to beat the war drums and scare politicians.Play sympathy cards ( oh we are so hard done by....your children will suffer...hospitals will be blown up) and sway other people to..
The fact every politician is more afraid of Unions, than they are tax payers...should tell you that "1 person/1 vote" is meaningless.
The fact every policitian including.....and since....Bob Rae who dared to say boo.....gets annihilated.
Sooner or later, you will accept "reality".

Aside from everything else that's been beaten to death. Like taxes, hydro, more.
One friend of mine. A single mom, who has a son. That son has worked hard to maintain 80. Why?
Because he had a scholarship to a U.S. college next year G. If this year goes down the drain, or if he has to cram 2 months worth of lessons/studying into a few weeks. And isnt able to maintain that 80. He loses the scolarship.
Any idea how many TENS of THOUSANDS that's worth to a single mom.
What would u say to her G. She's on my FB wall, and is spitting mad, pizzed. At teachers, Ms Wynne and you (for voting for them). I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to read her FB post.
Anything you might want to say to her? Sometimes putting real human cost to things helps.
No?

My daughter is angry too, JBen. My 11 year old granddaughter is home - crying - because all her extra-curricular activities (basketball, track and field) have been cancelled.
Member of the National Firearms Association (NFA).

yes i fail to see the effectiveness of a work to rule campaign... the government wont care, so all it really does is effect the children... though i supose it does affect them less than a full blown strike... even the striking teachers, the government is laughing to, as think of how many millions they are saveing right now in salaries, and operating costs, most the hatred will more than likely end up on the teachers, and 3 years from now when the next election comes around all will have bin forgotton...
fishy steve
id rather be lost in the woods, than found in the city!

Why think 3 years, many will vote LIEbral this fall. We have Truedoppy up there saying he will roll back this and that (including the TFSA max. that if you listen to the experts on BNN is great for retiring seniors, middle class and those wanting to save for an education, car etc.) and he will tax the "1%" .... who have the ability to use financial planners. Voting LIbEral in the fall will end up costing taxpayers thousands in new taxes etc. but CBC will tell them how great the % cut is and like lemmings over a cliff they will blindly follow. The facts are if you listen to the financial and business experts the increase in TFSA is a great bonus to the middle class for their retirement and the Liberals want to be able to tax the gains when they are taken out of the RRSP so they want the TFSA small... and it was the Conservatives that increased the size of the RRSP. The Liebrals don't want people saving, they want them in debt., hating the "rich" and wanting the gov't to take from the "rich"... the usual divisiveness, the us and them that Pierre was so good at. Justin has talked about how Quebecers are better, the middle class vs upper class etc.
Just look at at what Ontario has done so far.
1) Increase in high end taxes
2) increase in cig etc. taxes
3) Ontario Pension Plan - new taxes to employee and employer
4) Electricity increases.
5) Carbon taxes - cost TBD
That alone will more than chew up the savings the Federal Conservatives have given.

Sooooooooo don't vote for them. If a bigger % does, live with it. To complain about politics, your whole life, is a waste of YOUR life. When you and yours, are dead and gone , the politicians will live on. AND 49% will not be happy.

Don't worry I long ago decided I would never vote Liberal after watching an interview with Pierre Trudeau, he insulted and ranted about democracy and when asked what type of democracy he wanted he replied a dictatorship and with his juvenile delinquent son admiring Chinese dictatorship... no problem. As for complaining, not really, nothing I can do now but to keep them from power by reminding people what the Liberals have shown themselves to be over and over.
