The smell of Spring

New neighborhood so trying not to ruffle too many feathers. My approach will depend on how many land mines I come across with the thaw. Not so bad when they are frozen but when thawed out

If I ever catch the dog in the act I will make sure to take a photo or video for proof.

Could be worse ; you could have my neighbor. NEVER puts out his garbage for pick up. Just piles the bags up in the backyard which attracts coons and skunks. Eventually someone calls the city, and he takes his bags to some poor guy's bin up the street.
