Reloading 9mm and 375 Winchester
Just starting to reload for 9mm.
I have some 124 gn Campro RN and 144 gn Campro RN as well and lots of cast 125 gn ammo.
What would you suggest to be a good all around powder to start with? I was thinking HP-38
I got some suggestions of Using HP-38, wondering what others think or what I might want to try.
HP-38
124 gr plated (CamPro): Start at 4.0 grains and work up to about 4.4 grains.
144 gr plated (CamPro): Start at 3.8 grains and work up to 4.2 grains.
125 gr cast: Start at 4.0 grains and work up to about 4.4 grains.
375 Winchester
For my 375 I have 250 gn Cast and I plan to reload using H4198 starting with 18 gn up to a max of 24 gn

I've never owned a 375 Winchester, and I don't know what you plan to do with yours, but that powder load range seems very low.
I've checked my loading manuals, and even for cast bullets, that's basically below the suggested starting range for IMR-4198, which is basically the same as H4198

I am reloading at 38-55 pressures. I will use them for mostly target shooting.
