Had a good weekend with some friends chasing black crappie. Ice was good but fishing was slow. We punched a lot of holes and did a lot of walking. We did managed to have caught enough for four guys to eat so all in all it was a good time out with some friends.

WTG Tom Gobble, don't need to know exact location but what was the ice like, don't to lake just area as I'm just checking Ice conditions
The first lake had almost 10 inches but it had a 1.5 inch void in the middle. Both layers were solid. The second lake was a solid 7 to 8 inches consistently. No slush which was good.
