Some are saying the threat shouldn't be taken lightly from the usa's past history.
It's not a joke to the people who have already been turned upside down by the us involving themselves on foreign lands.

Well let me just say this - as far as unhealthy food is concerned- yes junk food is available but you don't have to eat it - good organic food is available- then we have the health care - all my medical bills are paid for by medicare and a supplemental insurance that I pay for - I'm retired and when I was working the company covered my medical bills - the big issue is that I don't have to wait months to get something taken care of - emergency care is available in hospitals or urgent care facilities- if I need a scan or mri I can get it in a week - many Canadians end up coming to the US for treatment because they can't get it up there -
Then you think that the US sticks its nose into other countries affairs - think about it - thank God that we got involved in both world wars or the outcome would have been a lot different - today we are involved in one way or another with wars in Ukraine, Israel and other Middle East countries- do you want Russia to start taking over other sovereign countries like Hitler did back in the 30s - do you want the only democratic country in the middle east to be destroyed - do you want the terrorist to take over Syria and other countries and butcher the people - you should thank the US from involvement in these countries

If it wasn’t for the USA we would all be overrun.
My American friends are some of the best.
I hope JoePa is one of them.

But the terrorists did take over Syria. A former al qaeda leader took control lol.
Russia was invited to Syria Russia fully withdrew its positions when the leader who invited and paid them to be there was overthrowen..
It's funny how we think it's going to be Russias loss.
yet who's sitting on their oil field's? . Who all is claiming land in Syria? Israel took the Golan hights.

All valid points and I thank you for them Joe. The Cold War was won on the backs of the American taxpayers - and the rest of the world should be forever grateful.
That said - I like our flag.

What's happening to their stripes? 2 new years day terrorist attacks from 2 us military personnel. One flying an isis flag while the other was actively trying to recruit Americans to fight in ukraine. Turns out cybertrucks sends the blast upwards and not out the side .
Condolences

No thank you. Yes Canada isn’t perfect but it’s a special place to live. A big reason why it’s special is that we are separate. Although there are many similarities between us, there are also significant differences. IMO anyone who is envious of the USA respectfully has my blessing to move there.

https://www.foxnews.com/world/trump-...ing-51st-state - boy if Trump can pull this off he will go down in history as the most successful president hands down - the United States of America would be the biggest and most powerful and riches country in the world by a wide margin - China and Russia would really be placed in a sub global position - Canada must realize that the way things are now if either of those countries encroached on Canadas territory up north it can't do much about it - Canada relies on the U.S. for defense -

Hey JoePa your president is lying to you and if that's the kind of leader you'll follow what can I say.
If you believe many Canadians want to be the 51 state all I can say I got a bridge in New York for sale.
