Default Where to size a shotgun in southern Ontario

    Hi

my daughter is interested in go pheasant hunting with me.

The weight of the shotgun was a factor.

We picked up a light over / under and it seemed fine at the gun shop.

But at the range something is off. It’s not lining up properly when she puts it in her shoulder.

I would rather have someone look it over for us and adjust as necessary.

I have not been able to find anyone in SO that still provides this service.

    Any referrals?

    thanks

Any reasonable gunsmith should be able to shorten the stock or add thicker recoil pad to it.
Now-in the middle of the season...it may be delayed a bit.

You're sure she is using the correct eye? My sons girlfriend, a new shooter, couldn't hit a thing. Turns out she's left eye dominant, and was shooting right handed. I read that a lot of girls are left eye dominant.

Stelios. Great work and congenial fellow. He has done gun fittings and adjustments for me.
