I think my chocolate lab has a UTI

My chocolate lab girl is frequently urinating, and I suspect a UTI or bladder infection. Have a vet appointment after work today. Hope that's all it is. I suspect she may have picked it up in one of the nasty puddles she likes to run through... ugggg!

lets hope it just a minor thing. My yellow girl thinks she is a male and marks every where she goes, so she goes a lot as well.

Hope that is all it is. As you said, dogs drinking algae water is not good.

Update!

Vet confirmed its a UTI.

She is on antibiotics for 7 days.

On day one the urination is back to normal. Thank goodness!
