    Hit a portage in pond with a forum member from the Lake Simcoe Board this morning for 4 hours. We landed about 20 largemouth in the 1 to 2 pound range and one hog.





    First time meet for the two of us. Hit it off pretty good. Weather was perfect and colours were great:



    The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

    Great catch! What did you catch it on and what would you estimate as to weight?

    Caught on a small perch like Rapala Fat Rap. Ball park weight on the bass would be about 4 pounds.
