Anyone get out for the opener. It pored rain but I made the best of it. I landed two and lost two rainbows. Not many being caught I’m wondering if the early rains got them moving earlier then normal. It was raining good so the pic is not the greatest. IMG_0518.jpg

    Congrats on the bows.

My son and I were out on opener. We managed to get into some brookies. He even caught a sucker. Lots of fun fishing with light action gear. Rain and wind weren't too bad. The weather got better as the day progressed. Not many rainbows in the rivers that we fished. The early spring probably allowed them to spawn early and most fell back into lakes. It's a great time of year to be outdoors.
