The guy that does our butchering asked us to skin and hang the deer in his cooler this year. No problem as he has an electric hoist that makes the job easy but in order to keep track of everything we used brown manila tags with the Tag number attached to the head and to the carcass that went in the cooler and the original Tag gets attached to our order form in his binder. So far no complaints.
