That’s an open ended question. Most outfitters have their 2024 moose tags all ready committed.
You need to figure out whether you want a drive-to or fly-in hunt. You also need to nail down where you want to hunt in the province. My guess is you may have better luck getting an fly-in outfitter tag as the drive to guys get fewer tags.
Do a google search for fly-in hunts for Red Lake, Sioux Lookout, Armstrong, and Nakina. Someone will have a tag available.

Fly-ins are awesome. Economics plays a big part of it because they're the most expensive, but,if price isn't an issue, you'll never regret it. I should add that there's several outfitters who are on Ontario Northland RR routes who usually have tags, too.

Ontario Northland Railway runs a twice daily train between Cochrane and Moosenee. Hunters can be dropped off anywhere along the line they choose and set up a camp. Of course, they'd need to be completely self sufficient, but, tag availability is considerably higher in the WMU's along the route. Outfitters can also be found that cater specifically to hunting groups using this method of travel. NOTOA should be able to point you in the right direction.
