Life Labs class action
Anyone else not interested in this?? I wonder what happens if I just ignore the notice I got?? I am not interested in putting any more info out there by "opting out".........................Daniel

I got the same notice and my understanding is we are automatically included in the class action and the notice was sent if you want to opt out and pursue your own legal remedy for the breach. If the proposed settlement is approved we will be notified and can decide to whether to claim a share of the award.
Here's a link to a news article with more information. From what I can see the only people getting rich on this are the lawyers.
