Glad you got something that works well for you and your household, an authentic success story helps to validate the amount of promotion that these things are getting.
I was wondering about the wattage that these units consume in the context of what kind of backup power you’d need in the event of an outage. You have a woodstove for winter heat but many (most) do not. Our village was out of power for 120 hours after the derecho last May….if we lost power for that time period in February it would be quite a problem for a lot of people if they didn’t have any other source of home heating.
