Deer Pepperettes for dogs

Hey guys, have 5-10 lbs of 2021 deer venison and was looking to make some pepperettes to clear out the freezer...does anyone have some recipes? Does anyone mix pork and what ratio 50;50? anything else other then salt?

so youre not making it for dogs. i was gunna say, even at a year old its still good stuff.

depending, you can go 70/30 or 60/40. i do 50/50 with pepperettes if im going to do a honey garlic hot flavour
