Since the shortage of primers mainly Large Rifle ,can we use Large Magnum in the loads listed for Large Rifle provide we reduce the load ? If so how much reduction would be safe ie 10%. Thanks

Like any deviation in loading data components, try backing off a couple of grains from the powder charge specified, and check for pressure concerns, if none, work load level back up in small stages.

Legally I cant give you an advise .... You could run into over pressure even so you reduce the powder that even create bigger problem by igniting the powder on bigger surface area and burning faster running the over pressure .

This will not help you but a interesting find when you first start reloading.
