Non-lethal handgun used in Russian school shooting.

So a mental patient in Russia adapts two non-lethal handguns to carry out a school massacre. Reading the specs on the weapons it must have been a real stain for him to adopt them to actually be lethal. From what I was able to find out they were merely a pair of 9 mm pistols, which I suspect in the hands of law enforcement are used with non-lethal rubber bullets, or some other non-lethal bullet material. No big deal to adapt them, all the guy had to do was load them with actual 9 mm ammunition. But having branded them as non-lethal firearms, it has got to makes you wonder where he might have come up with them, especial when their predominate users are the police or military. What I fine bothersome is their billing as non-lethal firearm, that is a bit of a weaseling description of them. They are actually true firearms in which non-lethal ammunition gets used. I guess anything can work to pull the wool over the eyes of those who know little about firearms..

School should be a sanctuary for academical learning / social development.


At the other hand-do not we go again in someone else's backyard, telling them what they should DO? explaining them they are wrong, and we know better?
