Libs might make it from minivan party to a full size van in this election but Ford easily won.

You must be relatively young. Alan Pope, a Progressive Conservative, represented Timmins until 1990. He resigned and Bisson won.

As I thought, it's orange once again in the Algoma-Manitoulin riding. But the good news is we have another Ford majority for the province!

    Glad to see.

Horvath stepped down as leader of the NDP...after unsuccesfully trying to form a Government 4x.

DelDuca stepped down, after his party failed to even maintain official party status. ( Let's be honest, most of us still remember Kathleen Wynne, and his part in her Government, not to mention the guy just doesn't exactly scream charisma or leader).

It wasn't that hard to predict. The Ford Government stayed the course through what has likely been the most challenging time in recent decades. Their platform was solid, and they stayed away from pie in the sky promises.

The province is still on shaky ground economically, and nither the NDP, nor the Libs were able to articulate a decent strategy to provide more employment, and rebuild the economy.

    Kudos Doug....4 more years.
"Camo" is perfectly acceptable as a favorite colour.

Yes I remember that, i had just moved to Timmins.
I lived in three other communities across Ontario prior to 1989.
Bisson had a 32 year run.
Don’t feel so young but thanks.
