    The last bit of snow finally melted around my house this morning. Still lots of snow in the woods and area lakes are ice covered… Thunder Bay Region.

    I hear folks elsewhere have cut their grass a couple of times already… it’s not fair.

    Holy mackerel - there are certain advantages to live in the North country but having cold weather that long ain't one of them - you can always hope for global warming to help out - I've been cutting grass and spraying my fruit trees for some time now -

    Last year, not a lot of snow and spring came early. This year cold, lots of snow, and spring has been delayed by 3 weeks. I guess it averages out. It’s been nice over the past 3 days though.
