Well you are not being honest with yourself and cherry picking your locations. None of the above mentioned groups have ever shut down a Capital City for three weeks, closed several border points and caused untold damage to the economy. Stop playing games.

Inconvenience? I see. Well actual I don’t. Tell that to the 1500 or so who were put out of work at the Rideau Centre. I think they might have a different opinion on inconvenience.

I did see Max B flipping pancakes there one Sunday morning. Also selling merch and signing up supporters.

Trying to compare what happened in any of those countries to Canada today is way... of. The veterans of the WW2 were real freedom fighters the rabble in Ottawa were as you say a spoiled rotten element of folks who have never known hunger or thirst or poverty.

They are so detached from reality that they actually believe they are freedom fighters and people like yourself who should know better are now their cheer leaders.

What we saw in Ottawa was a bunch of angry people who were not even sure what they were angry about or what they stood for with some dozens of different flags flying.

But they did not stand for democracy that is for sure, they were and are an anti democratic movement supported from the right.

I got a suggestion, all these Freedom fighters should be packing up and heading over to Ukraine to help out there fight for freedom.

I suspect this suggestion will be ignored, during the Afghan War and Iraqi War we had a whole bunch of big talkers on here who were saying how these wars were for freedom and democracy, when I offered to pay their bus fare down to the US Consulate to join up and ship of to fight, no takers........

The last rail blockade in Tyendinaga affected rail travel for over 100,000 Canadians. Via Rail shut down all passenger trains in the country and temporarily laid off over 1000 employees. CN suffered extreme economic damage and alleged $270 million in freight was hit due to blockades in northern BC.

Remove rail lines from FN territory, problem solved.

Trudeau has caused more damage to the economy by enacting the EMA than any blockade has. Who in their right mind would invest in Canada after watching that unhinged nightmare attack peoples bank accounts for donating to a freedom protest.

Well for one I was not huffing and puffing my chest out about some phoney democracy issue in Afghanistan, being able to see through the smoke screen and knowing it was all about oil and rare earth minerals. Or the war in Iraqi that was just about Oil.

The freedom fighters and defenders of democracy decided they were not shipping off to the desert. LOL
