Big Tuna you do not need any secondary licence for nuisance work anywhere in the province. All you need is the written permission from the landowner, snowmobile club, or the county works dept. (if you're doing nusiance beaver for the roads dept.). Your Bancroft licence is good for the whole province. A good thing that you don't have to buy the second licence for 40 bucks, as it would take a dozen beaver to recover the cost !

Thanks Fenelon. Every trapper I know said the same.
Is great to not need to worry about the extra license for each district.

I think on crown land up north, industry, CP, CN, municipality’s etc. contact MNRF and they contact the trapper that owns the trap line where the nuisance beaver are, if they can’t contact the trapper they assign another who has to buy a licence for the other trap line. That licence cost and nuisance beaver removal, per km rate is charged to whoever ask for the service.

After much research and asking around i finally did find in print the answers I was looking for on nuisance trapping.
When doing nuisance trapping, is best to refer to yourself as an Agent and not a Trapper to note the differences.
Didn't realize there was such a difference between the two.
When working as an Agent, if you do not have a current trappers license, then you can only do catch and release for nuisance fur bearing animals.
If you have any trappers license, regardless of where it is valid for and its limitations, as an Agent you can now use body gripping traps to retire the nuisance fur bearing animals.
From one official reply, it was recommended that is best for some situations to ask MNR district office for a Private Land License so that Beavers furs can be recorded to the correct zone where removed from.
Was interesting to see some other rules I wasn't aware of:
Is illegal to be paid a bounty working as an Agent. Example: You cannot charge $200 per beaver removed but you can charge $200 per visit to work as an Agent.
You are allowed an exemption to use a Rim fire gun to dispatch animals at night. Gun must be a rim fire, must be incased until needed and must be incased again after use, but can take the shot in the dark.
