Helix 7 questions

Looking for helix 7 DI/SI for ice fishing.
is there kits to make them for ice fishing?
any info would be helpful

From what I see at stores a lot of fishing finders and accessories are out of stock till later in 2022. There are still some Helix 5's out there but not much else - maybe Radioworld has something left
I picked up a Helix 7 DI in the fall and had to make my own carry/battery box as there was nothing for helix Ice fishing carry bags. Even worse there is nothing in Ontario at all for the X9 1521 ice fishing transducer. You need this one for all CHIRP compatible model. The standard XI 9 will not work in Helix 7 units. I'm in the process of taking the down imaging transducer that came with my unit and mounting on a pvc T bar and using that this year.

Go to the Humminbird website and you’ll find the different conversion kits that they make. As Fang pointed out, supply is a huge problem. I had to wait a couple of months for a NMEA 2000 cable for my unit.
