Notice ther qualifier "unreasonable" prices. They don't define what "unreasonable" happens to be. Unless the government intends to introduce new provincial legislation, there's no law against that activity.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

People shouldn't be making any money off this.
The thought of taking advantage in a situation like this ... it's just wrong, no matter which way you look at it.

Not saying it is right but Big Pharma is allowed to make billions of money off the pandemic, and the little guy is vilified trying to make $100 bucks selling a product he stood in line for and received legally?? Doesn't really seem right to me but everyones' moral compass is easier to point at an individual then an industry giant is it not?

If the government did they job correctly, and got these out to ppl, then there wont be a need for anyone to buy it from the black market and eventually noone offering it ...

    Create hysteria.
Undersupply what people now believe they "need".
What the hell did they expect?

No doubt they are the same flock. How hard would it have been to simply mail them out?

Can you imagine Canada Post trying to deal with that, it would be a cluster without any imagination.

I can't really see it being that difficult it's not like there is alot of door to door delivery anymore, they don't seem to have a problem delivering flyers and municipal dump schedules.

One thing I don't know, are the tests subject to cold weather such as freezing while in the end of the street mail boxes.
