    No brother not really, a change of Government can have a order in council changed for the pro gun lobby as well.

    So back on topic we see the history of the not with standing clause being threatened by Conservative Governments in the past.

    The Prime Minister taking the opposite position as suggested by the original post and standing up for the charter,

    “It’s basically a loophole that allows a majority to override fundamental rights of a minority. And that’s why I agree with my father that it’s not a great thing to have in a Charter of Rights and Freedoms.” Next up for whack a mole.

    So much for vaccines getting us back to normal, another power grab and more dictatorship ways as the vaccinated face further health restrictions.
